layered progressions to challenge
muscles while maintaining strong
Pilates form.

Release
A slower, restorative session focused
on mobility, stretching, and gentle movement. This class helps release
tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance in the body through mindful,
low-intensity exercises. Ideal for anyone wanting to move at a calmer pace and for recovery days. This low impact class is suitable for all-levels.
